Migration, full redesign, e‑commerce architecture, long‑term partnership. If you need to explain context before a proposal, a 20‑minute call is often better than ten messages back and forth.
Editorial partnerships, expert quotes, agency collaboration, briefs with NDAs or sensitive data. Email is also best if you prefer a structured thread you can document.
What I read first.

- - Your horizon: now / in a month / just exploring.
- - Your scale: monthly traffic or revenue if you want a calibrated answer.
No need for a full spec. Three lines are enough for me to know if I can help - and how.
- Do you reply to every message?
- Yes, personally. If your request is outside my scope (Shopify-only, real data, projects over two weeks), I’ll say so clearly and quickly - you won’t be left hanging.
- How does the first exchange work?
- You send context in a few lines. I read and reply within 24–48h with either a scoping question, a direct proposal, or a call slot if the project needs it. No 12-field form, no automated CRM, no generic reply.
- Do you work with partners or agencies?
- Yes. I regularly work with agencies that need a senior Shopify expert for specific missions (technical SEO, CRO, Liquid dev) without a full-time hire. If you’re an agency, say so in your message - terms differ.
