- Structure : CLIENT > YEAR > TYPE (audit, exports, media).
- Naming : Date prefixes for natural sort order.
- Permissions : Least privilege.
- Loom backup : Copy critical videos if the client wants an internal archive.
No unnecessary personal data : GDPR minimisation.

Limits I've identified
- Storage quota by account.
